HSC Success Tutoring provides tutoring for all subjects from grades K - 12.
Role
- Lead, mentor & train 80 staff members
- Work alongside directors to strategise marketing & HR developments within the company
- Maintain positive work flow of all key stake holders
Attributes the successful candidate will have are:
- Strong level of experience within the tutoring & education industry
- Clear & transparent management skills
- Ability to move to multiple states if needed
Remuneration
$85,000 - $110,000 Full Time
Qualifications/ requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce/ Business
- Strong Management, People & Organisational Skills
