Role
This role requires you to be responsible for pioneering our franchising operations sales system in a way which will create the foundational sales funnel.
Attributes the successful candidate will have are:
- High level of drive & willingness to learn in a highly competitive industry
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational & prioritisation skills
You will also learn some of the essential skills including:
• Practical soft skills, including multidisciplinary collaboration, pitching and communication skills, direct exposure to company board
• CRM, Finance, and Reporting System (PowerBI)
• Communication & Collaboration Tools including OneNote, Teams,
• Best practices of Sales Operations
• Change Management
